Fee Refund Policy

GogalEdu Academy OPC Private Limited ensures that all students understand their financial commitment prior to enrollment. Depending on whether you enroll in a self-paced digital program or a live/classroom regular training track, specific eligibility conditions, registration components, and refund tiers apply.

To qualify for a 100% fee refund under eligible Self-Paced Courses, the student must meet all of the following mandatory requirements:

• •100% Course Video & Lecture Completion: Watch all module lectures completely without skipping.
• •Quiz & Assessment Benchmarks: Successfully attempt and pass all module quizzes with a minimum score of 60%.
• •Project & Assignment Submissions: Complete and upload all hands-on practical project files.
• •Project Review & Approval: Receive official approval/green check mark for submitted projects from GogalEdu instructors/admins.
• •Timeline Adherence & Certification: Complete all coursework within the designated course duration and get your official course completion certificate.

For regular live online and offline classroom training batches, refunds are governed by class starting dates, payment plans, and non-refundable registration components:

Refund disbursements are processed through verified banking channels under the following guidelines:

• •Online Gateway & NEFT/IMPS: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source or student's verified bank account.
• •Financial Third-Party / Loan / EMI Exclusions: For loan or EMI-backed enrollments, GogalEdu Academy only refunds the eligible course fee component to the student's bank account after verification. Interest paid by the student to third-party finance providers is strictly non-refundable and will not be borne by GogalEdu Academy.

GogalEdu Academy provides a practical learning laptop valued under ₹25,000 to eligible students to support their coursework, assignments, and practical project execution.

A refund request will be denied under any of the following circumstances:

• •Registration fee component included within the total regular course fee.
• •Requests submitted after 60 days from the regular course class start date.
• •Monthly fee payments made for the current month's instruction.
• •Interest charges or financing processing fees paid to third-party loan partners.
• •Self-Paced courses where video completion, quizzes, project approvals, or certificate issuance benchmarks are incomplete.
• •Training Certification Courses: Leaving the course midway requires a fee of ₹1,250 for tool completion certificates (no fee applies upon full course completion).

• •Self-Paced Courses: Navigate to your course curriculum page and click the "Request Refund" button once all 4 completion requirements are fulfilled and certificate is issued.
• •Regular Training Courses: Submit a formal email request to info@gogaledu.com detailing your full name, student ID, batch start date, and reason for cancellation.
• •Processing & Verification: All requests undergo administrative verification within 5–7 business days, and approved disbursements are processed within 30 business days.
